Cancellation policy

Things happen, and we understand that, no worries! If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your appointment or are running late, please call us, and we will be happy to reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will be unable to service you and will need to reschedule your appointment. Communication is key; if you let us know that you will be a bit late, we can offer you more options and will not charge you for a same-day cancellation or a no-show fee. Please try to cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance or at least 2 hours before we open to avoid fees.  Same-day cancellation fees are applicable if you cancel your appointment an hour or less beforehand.

No call No show

We are very understanding and are easy to work with. If, for any reason, you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance or send us a text a few hours before we open to avoid any additional fees. No-call, no-shows will result in a $35 fee and or loss of session from the package, which must be paid before your next appointment is scheduled or secured. Failure to notify us of a potential cancellation at least 2 hours before our opening for the day will result in a same-day cancellation fee of $15 that will need to be paid before your next appointment. If we cannot reach you within a week of your no-call, no-show, we will have no choice but to ban you from booking. 

Deposit

Admire Curves only requires deposits if you plan on paying for the rest of your service in cash. The deposit is 15 dollars (30 dollars for packages) and will go towards your service. Your deposit acts as a placeholder in our system, allowing you to pay the remaining balance before or after your service in cash or with your card.

Refunds

Because we are selling services and not products, there is nothing to return; therefore, all sales are final after the service has been received. If you would like to cancel your appointment for any reason and need a refund, you must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to receive the full amount back. Alternatively, you can contact us within two hours of our opening for the day to request a reschedule. Your deposit will only be given back if you contact us within 24 hours. There is no charge to reschedule an existing appointment. Give us a call or an email, and we can help you! After the second reschedule, you will have to make another $15 ($30 for packages) deposit.

Right to refuse service

As a privately owned business, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If at any point during your service, we feel uncomfortable, we will have to ask you to leave. The exact reason you were asked to leave will determine if you will be banned from future bookings. We value all of our customers; however, the comfort and protection of our technicians is a huge priority of ours. We ask everyone to please be respectful and mindful as we take care of you during your time being serviced.

Unexpectant closures

We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to check their phones regularly while driving. However, we ask that you be on the lookout for any updates regarding our hours of operation. For these reasons, we will try to text everyone when these occurrences happen to inform you of our closing for the day. We notify through text and email. If we do not get a response, then we will also call.

Proper attire

We advise all our customers to wear comfortable, loose clothing. In order to perform these services, we use ultrasonic gel, and it can be messy. We advise you to wear clothes that you don't mind getting gel on or bring a change of clothes if you would like. If you are receiving a non-invasive BBL, we would advise you to wear underwear that can be easily lifted; otherwise, we can provide you with disposable garments.

We also require all clients to wear a mask and adhere to COVID-19 regulations. You must wear a mask to receive your service!
