Cancellation policy

Things happen, and we understand that, no worries! If you are unable to attend your appointment or are running late, please call us, and we will be happy to reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will be unable to service you and will need to reschedule. Communication is key; if you let us know you will be a bit late, we can offer you more options and will not charge you a same-day cancellation fee or a no-show fee. Please try to cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance or at least 2 hours before we open to avoid fees.  Same-day cancellation fees apply if you cancel your appointment within an hour of your scheduled time.

No call No show

We are very understanding and are easy to work with. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance or send us a text a few hours before we open to avoid additional fees. No-calls, no-shows will result in a $35 fee and/or loss of session from the package, which must be paid before your next appointment is scheduled or secured. Failure to notify us of a potential cancellation at least 2 hours before our opening for the day will result in a same-day cancellation fee of $15, which must be paid before your next appointment. If we cannot reach you within a week of your no-call, no-show, we will have no choice but to ban you from booking. 

Deposit

Admire Curves only requires a deposit if you plan to pay the remaining balance in cash. The deposit is 50% of the service and/or package. Your deposit acts as a placeholder in our system, allowing you to pay the remaining balance before or after your service in cash or with your card.

Refunds

Because we provide services, not physical products, there is nothing to return. All sales are final once a service has been rendered.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel your appointment and request a refund, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Same-Day Rescheduling

  • You may request a same-day reschedule by contacting us within two (2) hours of our opening time on the day of your appointment.

  • There is no charge to reschedule an existing appointment within the allowed time frame.

Deposits

  • Your deposit will only be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance.

Right to refuse service

As a privately owned business, Admire Curves reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, and well-being of our staff and clients, or when a client fails to comply with our policies.

Service may be refused or stopped if a client engages in behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, threatening, unsafe, harassing, or disrespectful, or if continuing the service would place our technicians or clients at risk. In such cases, the client may be asked to leave immediately. Depending on the circumstances, future booking privileges may be restricted or revoked.

Admire Curves does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under Virginia or federal law.

While we value every client, the safety and protection of our technicians are top priorities. We ask all clients to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and consideration throughout their visit.

By booking a service with Admire Curves, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.

Unexpectant closures

We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to check their phones regularly while driving. However, we ask that you be on the lookout for any updates regarding our hours of operation. For these reasons, we will try to text everyone when these occurrences happen to inform you of our closing for the day. We notify through text and email. If we do not get a response, then we will also call.

Proper attire

We advise all our customers to wear comfortable, loose clothing. To perform these services, we use ultrasonic gel, which can be messy. We advise you to wear clothes that you don't mind getting gel on or bring a change of clothes if you would like. If you are receiving a non-invasive BBL, we advise you to wear underwear that can be easily lifted; otherwise, we can provide disposable garments.

We also require all clients to wear a mask and adhere to COVID-19 regulations. You must wear a mask to receive your service!
